Cannelloni

Right my DM can not go past anything that is on offer which we joke about, but this morning she has dropped off 4 boxes of large dry cannelloni I need some ideas please.

Can I use them for weaning? I have a 6 month 3 week old.

Spinach and ricotta inside with tomato sauce on the top and parmesan, baked. Needs a fair bit of seasoning in the ricotta/spinach mix.

Or just a bolognaise inside, with tomato sauce on top and bechamel sauce on top, parmesan/cheese on top and baked.

I found the filling of cannelloni quite a faff doing it with a spoon. Then I put it in a placcy food bag, snipped off the end and used it to squeeze into the cannelloni.
