Best make ahead gravy

I need a good make ahead gravy that I can stick in the freezer and defrost on demand.

I used to make a bloody amazing gravy but I've lost my way and fed up of failing.

I've only made Jamie's get ahead Xmas gravy but it was fine. I do prefer his other gravy out of the ministry of food book though - simpler

Erm I use knorr I think gravy pots I love them I'm an SAHM but I stopped making gravy from scratch as its a pain and I like a shortcut . You could always try them.

I love jamies get ahead gravy too!
Also beef gravy I chop up carrot, onion, celery fry. Then boil it up with red wine and beef stock, chuck in some herbs. Sieve and serve Beautiful.
The veg is optional depending what you've got / like.
