There was a cheat's "vacuum packed, egg pasta, beef cannelloni" in the fridge. DP bought it mid Jan and forgot about it.

The date on it was the 30th January. It smelt absolutely fine. I smothered it in a veggi ragu and cooked it thoroughly. Only DP and I ate it and now I feel iffy. Very iffy.

I'm not surprised!

It's just me... DP is laughing at my "poor sensitive disposition" whilst enabling my self medicating with Ribena and pink smarties left over from Christmas!

If it was vac packed and in the fridge, it's likely to be ok, especially if it tasted fine.
