fillet of cod

Normally do white fish with a spreading of pesto then topped with breadcrumbs and roast in oven. What else can I do with fillet of cod? Nothing with cheese, cream or very spicy.

I like to skin mine and wrap in a good quality bacon then bung in the oven for 15 to 20 mins :)
