Breakfast: blueberries, lemon curd, Greek yoghurt

Lunch: Spinach, ricotta, toasted pine nuts

Pudding: Dulce de leche, toasted nuts, sliced banana, ice cream.

Snuck out of the fridge: golden syrup & crunchy nut corn flakes.
