Yes, it's got some great recipes in, I'm really pleased with it.

Yes I love the book and cook from it a lot. The chilli is lovely.

The Spanish style chicken is beautiful and the chicken curry is also lovely. They did not taste at all like diet food and I would use the recipes when not trying to lose weight-if I am ever in that elusive position!!!

It's only £4.99 at The Book People. Don't know how that compares to Amazon so might be worth shopping around!

I completely love this book! Got it for Christmas and 90% of our evening meals ever since have been from it. We love the Mediterranean burgers, Spanish chicken, crispy chicken, cod wrapped in Parma ham, chicken korma, Cajun chicken, muesli and loads more. I've never been so into a cook book. My best friend has it too and her DH has lost 9lb since she started using it. I think the recipes are very easy and really tasty.

I haven't seen it myself but I know at least half a dozen people who have been using this book, all of which highly rate it.

Darnit dolallytat I should have stayed online! Got it for £7 on amazon and I'm always ordering books from the book people....

Book arrived today, DCs all tucked up, I'm off to getta cuppa and book and snuggle up on the sofa planning our new healthy, yet tasty, regime
