I made a delicious dessert around Christmas 2011 but can't for the life of me find the recipie. It was quite simple and made individual iced desserts. I remember stewing rasins in amaretto then making a mixture of amaretto biscuit and something creamy and freezing in lined ramekins.
I was convinced that it was nigella but after a couple of hours scouring her express, bites and Christmas books I still can't find it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
