Is a Kenwood really better for making cakes?

I am trying to decide whether to buy a new food processor like a Magimix, or whether I should get a Kenwood kitchen machine. The main thing people seem to tell me Kenwoods are great for is cakes - I make alot of cake in my existing food processor and am told they are good(!), so my question is, would a Kenwood really make better cakes?

I would use a kenwood as a mixer, good for batters, cake mix and dough. Food processor better for chopping slicing and blitzing.

If your fp has a good whisk and dough hook, can't see that you NEED a kenwood. You might still want one thoughWink!
