I made a veggie lasagne today for the first time in ages and it was really disappointing! The lasagne itself was very stodgy, horrible texture.
I bought waitrose essential spinach lasagne. Normally buy De Cecco branded pasta because I do sometimes find own brand a bit stodgy and never have the problem with De Cecco but my little waitrose only sold their own essentials brand.
I will be binning the rest of the box and keeping my eyes peeled in other supermarkets for a better brand of lasagne, otherwise I will never eat lasagne again! Aaaargh!
