Hi,

I am living in Africa and my mum is coming for a visit. I would like to buy cookbook that she can bring with her. However, I can only buy one. I have the choice between:

• Delia's Complete Cookery Course: The Classic Edition
• Delia's Complete How To Cook

If you had the choice between the two which would you buy?

The first one - I virtually taught myself to cook from that over 30 years ago & I still use it & love many of the recipes.

How to Cook is also good, but not quite as amazing.
