5 plums

I have 5 plums that are nearly gone what can I make with them, trying to reduce our food waste.

Plum tart tatin
Plum upside down cake

Plum pudding
Alco-plums
Plum sauce

Second the plum upside down cake. I just do ordinary Victoria sponge mix with halved plums in tin before putting the mix in.

Plum crumble. I made little individual ones. Bit of cinnamon or nutmeg in a pan with plums. Reduce down. Put into ramekins and top with crumble mix. Bake in oven until golden on top. Serve with custard.
