I'm not a brilliant baker.
I love cooking and having a go at baking but more often than not my baking efforts aren't amazing.
Then I found this recipe.
I promise this cake is the easiest but most impressive chocolate cake ever.
Big statement I know but I've now made it 3 times in the last month - once for home, once for work, once for friends and the responses have been unanimously and gushingly complimentary.
It's really really worth a go...
