Best biscuits recipe for posting as gift?

Want to post some home made biscuits as a gift.

Wondering what sort would be best? Was planning to send in a nice hard card box as opposed to air tight plastic box.

Any suggestions please?

How about florentines as they would hold together well? And quite special (you could even dip half in chocolate). That's what I'd try anyway, as think most of my biscuit recipes might crumble.

I have made these before and they are quite sturdy, but still soft and a bit chewy!
