Has anyone got any yummy ideas that I can make for tea tonight with leftover crispy duck?
Ideally toddler-friendly but I can make him something else if necessary!

I love to put it on a home made pizza. If you have any of the sauce use that on thebase rather then tomatoe. Or you could make a special fried rice by cooking the rice, egg fried style is yummy and add the duck maybe some sweetcorn and peas that have been cooked for a minute or so in the microwave.

Pizza would be good but got no yeast :(
Am leaning towards some sort of stir-fried affair with rice.

Stir fry with noodles, veggies and a little hoisin sauce (the one that's usually served with crispy duck and pancakes)

Sadly the only thing we have on your list Rufello is veggies! We ate all the hoisin last night with the pancakes :)

Remember if you don't have yeast you can make a 'scone' base. It's different but still works well and is easy to do. BBC good food have a recipe I always used to use successfully.
