What would you make with these ingredients?

I got some coley this morning and the veg box has just arrived, but I'm not feeling inspired in how to combine the ingredients.

I've got spinach, mushrooms, a leek, broccoli and the usual onions, carrots etc. What would you make with that as a starting point? I've done the put them into google thing but most results had cream or wine sauces which I don't want.

This is why I don't buy veg boxes any more :) Reverse planning never works for me.... How about making a fish pie with the coley, leeks and onions but using a tomato rather than creamy sauce for the base?

Did something like that in the end: washed spinach on the bottom of a casserole dish, then the fish, then a tomato sauce with the leeks, mushrooms, carrot, onion and garlic, and cheese and breadcrumbs on the top. :)
