What are they called? I want to make some and need a recipe if anyone can help? I only know they are yum, and are very crumbly. Thank you.

I don't think they are German - the ones I'm thinking of are not iced.

I was going to say empire biscuits, but they're iced too.

melting moments? we always roll then in crushed cornflakes though

Melting moments were rolled in oats in our house.
DM used to make them. I'd forgotten them. DD2 would love them.
