I've been laid up in bed all week with flu
and am just starting to feel human again. Unfortunately DH isn't a great cook, so have been fed toast/tinned soup etc, but now I'm craving something nutritious and easy to digest to help my body recover.
Do you have any simple tried and tested foods/recipes that you always turn to after a bout of illness? Something quick that I could make or that even DH and the kids could manage? Thanks
