quick question about mini food choppers

Do they blend too? I've seen a few mini choppers in the shops, but was wondering if they would blend /puree garlic+ ginger for example. Any ideas? Or do I need to stick to a mini processor ?

Thanks

I have Braun hand/stick blender which has a mini chopper attachment. Doesn't puree exactly but does chop small things like garlic and ginger very finely. I've made small amounts of hummus in it, for example.

Yes I have a mini chopper and puréed some cooked chopped tomatoes in them last night. Works fine. It's just a mini food processor, use it for all the same things, just when you are makings small amount of something. I make guacamole, curry pastes, chop nuts, cut up onions etc in mine, tis fab.
