Filo pie: advice about making ahead please

I'm making this for a meal at about 6pm today. I have to make it before 1pm; the recipe says you can make it ahead, but provides no advice on this!

Should I:

  • make it now and refrigerate?
  • assemble it now and cook later?
  • make it as late as possible this morning and leave it at room temperature?

Main thing is, I don't want the pastry to go soggy ...
