Slow cooked curry

Exactky that! Has anyone got a good curry for the slow cook preferably without loads of herbs and spices I will never use again. Don't mind a spicy one.

mine is simple and quick - not sure if thats what you are after. tin of toms, meat, patak's paste, chutney, chopped apple and onion, sultanas. mixed up. and maybe a stock pot; and dash of water towards the end.

I make the lamb rogan josh recipe from Jamie's Ministry of Food book in my slow cooker and it always turns out really well.
