What to do with chicken breasts?

That's quick, easy, keeps them moist and has some sort of sauce/gravy?

cook in white wine, garlic, mushrooms, tarrigon with a little cream. or baked in oven with dash of white wine, tarragon in foil and then add slice of ham with cheese on. or i'd do this type of sauce and serve with pasta.

2tbsp honey
1tbsp wholegrain mustard
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 chicken breasts
