I've found some Bergamot oranges / lemons which smell amazing and am keen to make some marmalade.
I love this recipe for Seville orange marmalade, but am not sure if it'll work for the bergamots.
The only one I can find for them is this one.
Does anyone have another recipe they recommend or even just for comparison to the pre-blanching version?
Would also value any ideas / recipes for anything else I can do with them.
