instead of frying.

I'm sure that would be okay? Right? They are thai style ones for soup. Didn't fancy the greasiness in the soup.

It's fine - I do it all the time - 220C for 15 minutes.

I put them on a rak - use my grill pan as some fat comes out.

I nearly always cook italian meatballs in the tomato sauce - don't bother frying them, just poach in the sauce. Otherwise I bake on a rack. Frying is messy and greasy!

Thanks guys, they were delicious! I made far too many and chose to freeze them raw and not cooked. I hope thats okay!

That'll be fine - just make sure you defrost thoroughly & preferably slowly eg in the fridge overnight.
