Have just made a huge pan of an old pregnancy favourite of mine - flapjack made with molasses sugar, apricots, sunflower seeds etc (yumyum emoticon). Do you think it would freeze okay, anyone ever tried freezing homemade flapjack? Does it all just fall to bits when it thaws?
