Does anyone have a foolproof recipe pls? And what do serve it with? Would it work in taco shells?

Shoulder of pork. Can of fat coke. Bottle of BBQ sauce dolloped over it. Got the recipe from here. It's GORGEOUS!

I did it with mash and green beans.

Layer of onions on the bottom of the pot, prk shoulder on top. Sauce of choice smothered on.

Cook on Low for 8 hours. Pull apart and stuff into bread rolls.

Household fav here.

Thanks for the ideas...will 8 hrs low be ok for a small pork shoulder ? And a full jar of sauce? to me it looks like the piece i have would serve 3 or at most 4 people. Does anyone drain pork and then put it back into sc with more sauce? Ie 2steps? It sounds like doing it all in 1 go would be fine and easier!

i do pork in stock and then discard this and cut off any remaining fat and then shread and add sauce about 1 hour before end. i don't like the idea of all the fat going into the BBQ sauce.
