Left over roast pork ideas please?

Hello, got lots of lovely roast pork left over from yesterday. Need some ideas for using it up please! DH is using some in fried rice, but there's still loads left - it was half a pig

Freeze it.

Then re heat in gravy for a quick roast dinner another time.

Put it in a pasta bake - either a tomatoey sauce or with a creamy and mushroom sauce.
Pork & stuffing sandwiches.
Freeze it for another time.

freeze some, make sandwiches (add apple sauce) cook some veg and plate it up ass home made ready meals for when you are in a rush.

Marinade some in a sauce to like and use it for stir fry - it keeps it lovely and moist
