I have a lot of cooked, sliced and frozen ham and turkey. Absolutely no idea how to reheat into nice meals though, any ideas please

I love pies!

make a white sauce or cheese sauce. crush & chop some garlic, add to sauce (raw, but will cook in oven) season to taste

butter a baking tray, put 1 puff pastry sheet on it.

leaving an inch gap from the edges pile on chunks of turkey, ham and chopped raw leek (will cook in oven) plus whatever else you want - drained tin sweetcorn, chopped cooked carrot, chopped tin peach, bits of broccoli, peas really anything.
pour on sauce

(or you can put all ingredients in the sauce , mix, then pile on)

stick 2nd puff pastry sheet on top, gently squash edges together.
brush with milk (easier than eggs!)

I put mine in the oven for 20-25 mins, middle shelf, gas mark 7 (check instructions on box of pastry)

yum!

if you have the time to finely chop them you can turn them into patties/frittatas - mix meat with leftover mashed potatoes, spring oninons, feta or goats cheese, bit of flour & egg to help mixture combine.

shape burger size patties, grill or fry. delish with a dip and crunchy chopped veg or in a bun with salad

and of course stews & casseroles or add to soups

or add to pasta and tomato sauce for a chunky "bolognese"
