Entertaining for 15 ish

I'm entertaining for about 15 over the weekend at lunchtime.

I had thought I would do a curry and a chilli with jacket potatoes, quiche and ham.

I've also got some freezer food, mini ribs, spring rolls etc. I've got a lovely recipe for potato salad and a cous cous type salad. I was also planning on doing dips, coleslaw and salad.

I've got some cheese and biscuits too.

I'm now starting to think I've got some odd combinations in my quest to please everybody.

Chicken curry doesn't go very well with coleslaw and salad for example!

Do you think this would be OK and people can just help themselves to whatever combinations they like or should I do more rice, naan breads, nacho's etc and forget the salad type stuff and nibbly bits?

Any advice gratefully appreciated. :-)

I think you're doing too many dishes, will be a lot of hard-work. Do you know if any vegetarians are coming? If not, I'd just do a big chilli, with rice and nachos. Or maybe one meat chilli and one veggie one? It's meant to be freezing this weekend (assuming you're in UK!) so good winter-warming food!
