soup's good - carrot ginger and lentil is one that we make.

Also just a really nice lentil dhal - boiled into a much and then add whatever curry spices you like (and then you can get complicated and add peas, and coriander and garlic and all sorts of things).

They're a good meat replacement for chilli. Also lentil and ham soup. Lentil, cheese and mushroom bake....served with garlic and yoghurt dressing.

good for veggie casseroles. especially for babies cause they mash up with the veg easily.

lentil dahl or curry is very easy to make.

Annabel Karmel's lovely lentils. Fry off some onion celery and carrot, add lentils and stock and sweet potato. Cook for 30 mins yummy for babe and good for soup base.
