4 day old mince. Keep meaning to cook it but wont have a chance till tomorrow now (day 4). It has been in fridge in its tray and still is pink in appearance.

bump, please I need to go to bed and will have to get something out of the freezer before I go if I cant use the mince.

I have, but I usualy put some soya sauce& black pepper on it ....sniff it to be sure!
