I have a quince and a marrow

What can I do with a quince and a small marrow? Polite suggestions only please

Marrow - stuff and have as a side if it is v small

QUince- peel and chop into wedges, bake in oven with pork chops/steaks - zhoosh about in a tray with some peeled garlic cloves and some olive oil and if you like sweet savoury food, drizzle with maple syrup. Can also use underripe pears if not enough quince.

Stuff with what ? < pathetic and clueless> Not wanting to buy anything new so could I use honey instead of maple syrup ?
