Trying to turn over new leaf etc in 2013 and diversify a bit away from the 7 or 8 meals I always end up cooking during the week.
Any ideas where to start?

Spaghetti Bolognaise
Toad in the Hole
Battered Haddock (frozen from Aldi) with Jacket Spuds
Slow cooked Chicken Thighs in Lloyd Grosman sauce
Green Thai chicken curry and rice
Chicken korma (de-spiced by adding cream for DCs)
Pizza and chips.
Now I look at this list I see how desperately I need to up my game!!
