Lamb Chops

Just bought some nice looking ones but have NO idea how to cook them, apart from making Irish Stew. Any suggestions gratefully accepted .

Lancashire hotpot? Very, very easy, really good.

I used this recipe yesterday:

I just parcel mine up in tin-foil with some seasoning, whole garlic cloves, a knob of butter, a few rosemary sprigs and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 mins. When done, reserve the chops, slip the baked garlic cloves out of their skins, crush into the juices, transfer to a small pan, add a little red wine and reduce. Serve over fresh mashed potato.
