Recipe to make own Greek yoghurt? (easiyo)

I received an Easiyo for Christmas with a couple of their sachets to use. I'm just making the second one but wanted to try and make my own after this rather than use their branded sachets as the cheapest result I can see comes out at £1.15 / litre which isn't really cheaper than ready made shops own brands.

Does anyone have any recipes for making homemade Greek yoghurt I could try?!

Sorry just to add, I came across the following - however not sure on whether can use uht instead of regular milk and if so does that remove the need to heat it up first before putting into the flask?

• 1 litre liquid milk, 1/4 cup powdered milk, 2 Tbsp plain yoghurt
• 2 litres liquid milk, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 4 Tbsp plain yoghurt
• 3 litres liquid milk, 3/4 cup powdered milk, 6 Tbsp plain yoghur
