High or low? I use mine a lot and it's basically wonderful. I've sorted out the earlier problems but I never am quite sure whether it should be high or low temperature. I usually start on high and turn to low after a while. I have, of course, lost the instruction manual. Is it about how much time you want to cook it for or something else?
