Coconut rice, would you be allured or repelled?

To go with Carribean-ish buffet party menu jobber.

sounds amazing.

I love coconut rice. Almost more than I love my children.

Coconut rice a big success so thank you all for being so vocally allured by it.

I like the sound of it - never tried it but I love coconut based curries, Thai etc with rice. I hate it in sweet things though, biscuits, cereals etc.

It was lovely, complimented the richness of the pork and the hot/spicy curries and sides beautifully. Will be doing it again deffo.

It sounds delicious, and I shall be trying it out very soon!!
