Slow cooker question (again) !

I want to make bolognese sauce in the SC and have it ready after work. I know browning the mince is the best way to go.....but I have no time in the morning to do this. Can I brown it the evening before and store once cooled in the fridge overnight and then add with the other ingredients in the morning?

Or will I poison everyone? :/

I don't bother with browning the mince at all but what I have done in the past is prep everything and put it in a tupperware box in the fridge overnight then tip into the slow cooker in the morning to save time.
