What would you do with left over roast pork?

Theres a fair bit left in the fridge from yesterday and I'm stumped. DH isn't keen on cold roast meat.

Stir fry with noodles.

I cut it into chunks, and then stir fry it with chopped onions, mushrooms and apples, add some double cream and grainy mustard and then serve it with rice. Delicious!

well i would have roast pork sandwiches with real butter on the bread and a sprinkle of salt......mmmmmmmmmm

Sweet and sour pork
Honey and mustard pork
Pork pie

I would also stir fry with noodles.

Right stir fry it is!

Put the meat in last or it will end up dry and chewy :)
