chicken and rice soup?

Surfermum · 17/04/2006 10:33

Lovely chicken sandwiches for lunch or with chips and pickle for tea.

Gingerbear · 17/04/2006 10:36

chicken risotto
stir fry
curry
there are loads!

Or put it in a pie. I make some cheese sauce, chuck in a few veg and you have chicken and veg pie!

scotlou · 17/04/2006 10:37

Risotto? Use the chicken carcass for stock and cook the rice, onion and veg (I use carrots and frozen peas) stirring in the stock slowly. Add the sliced cooked chicken at the end.

depends.... did you heat the whole thing up again? If not then you can use it tomorrow. If you did then you'd need to eat it now or bin it

WWW loves crispy chicken skin - we feed it to the dog.

MadameDeMars · 17/04/2006 19:29

I love crispy chicken skin, but it has to be seasoned properly. Yummy yum yum!

GeorginaA · 17/04/2006 19:38

Cold chicken, peas and chips with lashings of mayonnaise :)

Okay, so not the healthiest option, but damn it's lovely ... (guess what we had tonight! Grin)
