Am about to begin shifting the baby weight . Have an 8 week old so need low effort, no think healthy lunch ideas. But am veggie and don't have cows' milk products! Just don't feel like salad this time of year and need some alternatives to soup!

I was going to say soup!
Pitta bread stuffed with Greek salad? Or with falafel and salad?
Cous cous, roasted vege and feta?
Eggs?

Have a look at my pinterest board: pinterest.com/hannahbflynn/lunch-ideas-for-grown-ups/

Veggie is hard to do low calorie and cheaply though. I struggle.

Wraps are fun to experiment with. Plus omlettes/frittatta can be great.

You can do quite substantial salads this time of year which are appealing e.g cous cous/bnutsquash/slaws/roasted veg/feta cheese salads/bean salads

Morrisons chickpea dahl is yum

delia smith's minestrone soup (without the bacon) is really filling too. especially with a handful of pasta thrown in.
