Hello, Which disc/blade would be best to dice peppers for a cous cous salad, so it looks as pretty as possible? I've only just bought my processor and can find reference to Julienne, grating, slicing and shredding, but not dicing, in the instruction manual. Apologies for what I'm guessing is a simple question but I am far from a master chef! With thanks and wishing you all a Happy New Year.
