Anyone got a recipe involving maltesers?

have 3 giant boxes of them - other than putting them in hot chocolate or on the top of some sort of cream creation, I can't think what to do with them - picking from the box is getting boring and am thinking I might just take them into work but they'll more than likely get ignored because everyone will pretend say they are on a diet

There is a fab Nigella recipe for a tray bake. General gist is malteasers, crushed digestives, marshmallows, golden syrup and a bit offered butter?

It's delicious.

(((((That's my NYE sorted)))))

Celebration Brownies in Green & Black first recipe book - a layer of Maltesers instead of the Celebration chocs is an alternative.

Blimey the Nigella recipe sounds truly scrumptious - off to google it

Nigellas tray bake is heaven in a tray

I float them on Brandy Alexander or Baileys, but they would also work with Tia Maria, or mashed up with ice cream, or with ice cream and a shot of espresso, or melted with bananas and ice cream, or crumbled into Eton Mess.

Don't give them away!!!

Bash them up a bit and sprinkle over ice cream

Jamie does a semi freddo thing with maltesers... will google and find the recipe.

Looks like its just vanilla ice cream and bashed up maltesers... but have also found this recipe for Malteser Cheescake which looks interesting.

And Eric Lanlard. Yum!

Lorraine Pascal has a fantastic looking chocolate cake which she ices and covers in Maltesers. Haven't tried it but it looks great.

What BoerWarKids says, bash em up and sprinkle in icecream. Scrumble.
