Please can you help me find a non meat main dish to serve this Sunday that I can make ahead tomorrow night. It's for 6 adults plus 3yo DD1 and 11mo DD2. No shellfish and nothing eggy please.

The accidental vegetarian has a nice blue cheese and walnut roulade in it

Or you could but a Quorn roast - no preparation necessary, just pierce film and stick it in the oven for 45 mins.

Or if you are also making a meaty roast, you could make Yorkshire puddings for everyone and cook veggie sausages (cauldron are best)

Oh sorry, the roulade is eggy, ignore that

I made Yoghurt and coriander Flatbreads with mushroom ragu tonight - it was quick, easy and delicious. I can post the recipe if you fancy it

Can you please post the recipe anyway? I would like it.

Op - bean chilli? It's better when it as sat overnight and if you are making it for kids you can leave the chilli powder out

Thanks all. I'll definitely do the bean enchiladas one night for us, but I don't think our guests like spicy food.
Thinking of doing this www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/party-food/salmon-coulibiac.html but without the egg.
