Turkey stock. What to actually do with it?

It looks and smells good. How to turn it into soup? What shall I put in it?

Risotto or soup (use to cook carrots, potatoes and red lentils, then blend) would be my choices.

Make risotto with mushrooms, onion, peas, stock, a little parmesan to finish. Yum.

Risotto sounds good. Nice and light after the gorge fest of yesterday.
