Turkey question!!

So my DS cooked the turkey breast for himself and 2 y.o. DS. It was an M&S breast to be cooked for 1 hr 20 mins, then rested for 10 mins under foil. He cooked 1.5 hours but on low shelf for about half cooking time. When took out, was 170 degrees and juices ran clear so they ate it (no resting time). Then I noticed the breast, it was pink more than white. All I've read is that there should be no pink milk, but temp was ok. Should they be ok? Couldn't handle food poisoning! Does anyone eat pinkish turkey?

I expect they'll be fine.
How big was this turkey breast, I presume you have tonnes left over if it needed 80 minutes to cook? I cooked 2 small ones today for maybe half hour, was plenty.

They're saying on radio that 2 hours is plenty for a whole turkey.

Had tonnes left over but binned it. I'm sure they'll be fine - about size of 4 large chicken breasts? I just googled and all I saw was "ensure no pink meat remains" over and over and over again and freaked. I was hospitalised with food poisoning once so think I'm a tad obsessive about food safety now. Even so, I think I'll do the Christmas dinner next year! :)
