I've ordered a ready stuffed and boned duck for xmas dinner and realised i will need a gravy with it.
But I can't remember what it's bloody stuffed with now, and the website wont let you view it as it's closed for orders.
Anyway, I think it's apricot and pork stuffing. Any suggestions on what sauce i could make easily to go with it?
I was thinking of dauphinoise potatoes too to add some moisture.
