Having drinks for 70 tonight and damaged my hand, so need to do as much as poss in advance ...
How far in advice do you think I could do the following? (and how do i keep it fresh in the meantime?)
- Filo parcels with cranberry and brie
- Breadsticks wrapped in parma ham/prosciutto
- crostini with salmon pate
- oatcakes with smoked cheese and pickle
- crostini with mozzarella and basil
- Pesto fried prawns
- Stilton puff pastry parcels
