I need to bring a pudding to my sisters for boxing day and thought this could be an idea but I hate not trying things out first! Looks crazily simple, but has anyone actually tried it? Essentially it's a digestive base with Philly and nutella mixed and then topped with nuts - sorry can't find link.

Thanks

I made this for my husband's birthday a few weeks ago, it's very rich and delicious, you only need a small slice each.
Make sure the philly cheese is at room temperature before you make it.
I got a huge jar of Nutella and it needed more than half of it, it's hard stuff to get out of the jar!
It is a very easy cheesecake to make and sets in the fridge within a few hours.
Have a go, you won't be disappointed.

I hope it's nice, I'm doing it for our Xmas day pudding. It's just me and the DC so we're having stuff we like the look of rather than traditional xmas food.

Just found the recipe online for anyone that might be interested. Will keep my fingers crossed it works! Am actually thinking about doing mini versions in cupcake cases and then taking the cases off when chilled......... Well that's the plan anyway! Xxxx
