I want to cook a lamb tagine in the slow cooker for friends tomorrow night. Trouble is I am out from 8:30am and will not be home until 4pm. I think it will be cooking for too long if I put it on in the morning and not long enough if I leave it until I get home. How long would it need.
Maybe I will have to do it in the oven instead?
