Dessert to go with Thai style main

I am going to a mate's for dinner this week and have offered to take dessert. She is making a Thai style pork dish with rice. (something cocountty I think)

Any ideas for a dessert? I will make it but won't have loads of time, preferably no baking.

Lemon sorbet?

Maybe a fruity pavlova. You could take the meringue in a Tupperware container and assemble when you get there. Just whip a carton of cream and pile on fruit of choice - tropical flavours would be good after a Thai main, such as pineapple, mango with a few blueberries and/or raspberries.

Sorry, just noticed you said no baking - maybe you could buy a ready made meringue (although home made would be much better) or another idea could be a no cook cheesecake.

Mango sorbet, I make it using a tin of mango puree, coconut milk & soya cream (you could use normal cream), freeze for 30 mins, whisk then freeze again for 30 mins and whisk. I do this a few times before leaving to freeze for about four hours. I serve with sliced mango and slivers of dark chocolate and always after a Thai meal.
